A large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 master bathroom with corner tube at the upper floor and 2 WC with shower, one in the master bedroom at the upper floor and one at the ground floor.

The wonderful Casa de Philippe mansion is just 500 meters from the sea and is located 9 km west of the old Venetian Port and the city of Chania. The main points of arrival in Chania, is the airport of Chania from which it is 29 km – 40 minutes through the new national road ΒΟΑΚ Chania and the port of Chania in the area of Souda, from which it is 17 km – 20 minutes. Also there is a bus stop nearby that serves bus routes to Chania, Paleochora, the famous beaches of Elafonisi , Falasarna and Balos.
