Bookings – Rates

Rates are per night for up to eight people . A minimum length of 5 nights stay applies to all bookings.For the confirmation of a booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking is required in that case the balance of your Booking shall be paid in full at the time of your check-in or the entire amount at the time of booking.
In case of special discounts – offers the whole amount is prepaid.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask our guests to inform us as soon as possible for possible changes or cancellations of their Booking.

Τhe cancellation policy for Casa De Philippe is as follows.

If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded in full, in any other case if cancelled or modified later, until the day of the check-in, 30% of the total price of the Booking will be charged.

In case of cancellation or modification after the check-in or in case of no-show, the 100% of the Booking cost will be charged.
